ORDERS & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment options may vary depending on your device, location, and the payment methods currently available through our store.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed or entered processing.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
How does GodsSon Apparel fit?
Fit varies depending on the collection and garment.
Some of our streetwear pieces are designed with an oversized or relaxed fit, while other collections, such as our athletic compression wear, are designed for a closer, fitted feel.
We recommend checking the size guide and fit description on each individual product page before ordering.
Will every collection have the same fit?
No. GodsSon Apparel is designed to include different styles for different parts of everyday life.
Our collections may include oversized streetwear, graphic tees, comfortable sets, athletic wear, compression pieces, and other styles.
Each product page will provide information about the intended fit whenever applicable.
What if my size is sold out?
Availability varies depending on the product.
Some of our core pieces may be restocked, while exclusive releases may only be available for a limited time or in limited quantities.
Follow GodsSon Apparel and subscribe to our emails for restock and release announcements.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping options available for your delivery address.
Your final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We aim to process and ship most orders by the next business day.
During exclusive launches, collection drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, please allow up to 2–5 business days for processing.
Delivery time begins after your order has been shipped and is separate from processing time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
First, verify your shipping address, check around your property and with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
If you're still unable to locate your package, contact GodsSon Apparel with your order number and we'll help you determine the appropriate next steps.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, all online orders are shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, GodsSon Apparel ships within the United States only.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear, and have its original tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?
If you receive an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item, GodsSon Apparel will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
For eligible returns involving sizing, color preference, style preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need another size or color, you may return the original eligible item and place a new order.
Availability of another size or color is not guaranteed.
Can I return something from an exclusive drop?
Yes, unless the item was clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Eligible exclusive-drop items may still be returned within our 14-day return period, even if the item has since sold out.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for preference-based returns. This does not affect eligible claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
How long do refunds take?
Once your eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for GodsSon Apparel to process an approved refund.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
PRODUCT CARE
How should I care for my GodsSon Apparel pieces?
Care instructions may vary depending on the garment and material. Please refer to the specific care instructions provided on the product page or garment label.
For our cotton graphic tees, we recommend:
- Wash inside out
- Wash with cold water
- Hang dry
- Avoid ironing directly over printed graphics
Following the recommended care instructions can help maintain the quality of your garment and graphics.
DROPS & RESTOCKS
Will sold-out items be restocked?
It depends on the piece.
Some of our core styles, including select tees, sets, and everyday pieces, may be regularly restocked based on demand.
Our exclusive drops may be released in limited quantities or only available for a limited period and may not return once they're gone.
What's the difference between a core piece and an exclusive drop?
Core pieces are styles we may continue carrying or restocking based on demand.
Exclusive drops are special releases that may only be available in limited quantities or for a specific period of time.
Each release will clearly communicate its availability whenever possible.

What does GodsSon mean?
GodsSon refers to Jesus Christ—the Son of God.
Our brand was created to combine our faith with our love for streetwear and create pieces that can help start conversations about who Jesus is, what He has done for us, and what faith can mean in our everyday lives.
