Orders & Order Acceptance

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped and are not guaranteed.
GodsSon Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds
14-Day Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

In its original condition

Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear

Returned with all original tags attached
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers must contact GodsSon Apparel before sending a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For eligible claims, GodsSon Apparel will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Size Changes & Preference-Based Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns resulting from sizing, color preference, style preference, or a change of mind.
Limited Releases & Final Sale Items
Certain limited-release, exclusive-drop, promotional, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return.
When an item is final sale or otherwise ineligible for returns, this will be stated on the product page or at the time of purchase.
This does not affect eligible claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.
Exchanges
GodsSon Apparel currently does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need another size or color, you may return the original eligible item and place a new order.
Availability of replacement sizes or colors is not guaranteed.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for GodsSon Apparel to process an approved refund. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by GodsSon Apparel or an eligible damaged or defective item.
